My lastest Technology project done for AS - The Greenhouse Intelligence system
The product design brief
I intend to design make and evaluate a product that monitors the environment in a greenhouse. My final design should be capable of being batch produced. My final product must be of a high quality and should be of marketable standard.

The Final Product
The Final product in the greenhouse
It messures temperature up the left hand side via 10 LED's. It mesures Light inteisty up the right hand side via 10 LED's. It has an Alarm built in incase so one trys to steel it.
The product has a back up power system incase the mains fails it switches over to battery power that provides power for the alarm the whole time but only the sesing circuit when the red push to make switch is pressed.

Left is a photo taken just after vacuum forming. It shows part of the complex two part mould taken out from the formed plastic.
